The alternated brush cord cleaning system consists of an alternated movement pneumatic washing machine with automatic raising of the linear nylon brushes. 2 stainless steel toothed blade scrapers follow the brushes. These allow for a more efficient cleaning of the conveyor belt wires.
The various movements are all carried out by means of pneumatic pistons. A removable stainless steel tank completes the device, collecting water and cleaning residues.
